1.Bio technology is a technology that is use in your body by using your brain to control it. It is like when you brake your leg and you can fix it by using bio technology by getting a new mechanic leg.
2. The benefit will go to the person who brakes their body parts. The advantages are that it saves the person many hard times and can use their hands throughout their life.
3. Yes it is ethical to replace your body part with biotechnology because when you brake your body parts it saves your life

Technology Hw

I think that technology is a very creative invention because it makes many people's lives much easiar. For instant technolgy in the home has develope the past 20 years and is now really helpfull. The microwave for example is a helpfull technology in the home because 20 years ago, there were no microwaves so when people want to get their food hot, they have to use fire and that would take more time. The microwave saves more time.Technolgy is an invention that saves many people so much time. Some of the technology in the home does not save us time but it helps us relax such as the television, air conditioner, radio and computers. Technology is likely to be inprove day by day.The technology is a none stopping creativity that many people around the world have. I think that technology is really important to everyone around the woorld and for the enviroment too. If our enviroment have no technology then it is really hard for people to interact with each other and does not saves time for many people. Without the telephone then it is really hard for alot of people because it is really hard for them to communicate and when you want to communicate, you have to use your time to write a letter and send it post mail, with a telephone, you can call the other person, not waste your time and still give or get the same information you want or give and is more specifily. For technology, 95% of the time, technology is use by electricity. Some technology I think is bad for the enviroment such as the transportation, because the transportaion is bad for the pollution of the enviroment because it uses fossil feul. The best usage of technology for transportation I think is an electrical car or a car that uses solar power or green energy. I also think that the inventers should think of the profits before they invent sometthing in the home for the future or anything, like the concorde that the inventers built was not a profit. When they build something they should tthnik of the profit.

MY AIS NEWSLETTER.

         Danny Ha.
                                                                                                                                                          Grade: 7
AIS NEWSLETTER
-  I am going to do the AIS Newsletter. My AIS Newspaper is going to be about the soccer superstar ‘Christiano Ronaldo”. My purpose for this is to write this newsletter for the students of AIS and the teachers at AIS.  Here are all the steps that I have to do to accomplish my AIS Newsletter.
First- I made a banner for my newspaper using paint.net. I then fix the page that I need to use in the banner. I made the banner using many layers.
Second- When I have finished making my banner, I saved it then go to Microsoft Publisher. When I got to Microsoft Publisher, I fixed my margin then I pasted my banner using the picture frame.
Third- When I have done pasting my banner into the picture frame in my Microsoft publisher, plan how am I going to present newspaper.
Fourth- When I have finished planning how to present my newspaper, I start going on websites by going on Google and using Boolean connectors to help me search for what I need. When I got to Google, I typed in what I need then I go to that website, then I read the information part of that dialog then write it down with my own word into my columns that I have made in my planner sheet.
Fifth- After I have done all that writing that I need on my newspaper, I went to Google and find an image that connects and is related to the words that I have written in the columns. I pasted the pictures that I have chosen into the picture frame.
Sixth- When I have done doing finding an appropriate image for my AIS Newspaper, I decorated my Newspaper. I decorated by going on Google and find a background for my Newspaper. After I found a black background, I put it in then I changed all my words to a white color.
Seventh- After writing to dialog in my Newspaper, I went to my documents and took the stars to separate the dialog in two halves so people who is reading this won’t get confuse.
Eight- I have finished with my newspaper, so I have to embed my newspaper. I embed it by switching it to another document, and then I have to embed it on that document. After I have embed it on my blog, I did my sources table and embed it on my blog.
- Those are all the steps that I have done to complete my AIS Newspaper.
My objective on the newspaper that I have made is to let the reader read and understand what I am trying to talk about. I am trying to let the reader know what is going on in the daily life of AIS. I think that it is important to have an AIS Newspaper because I think that many people at AIS should know what is going on. For example; Sport teams, upcoming events and the honor role. With the AIS newspaper, students can be able to know more about things that have pasted, current and upcoming. When I was doing the AIS Newspaper, my most difficult thing is using the sources table and the Boolean connectors. I have the most difficulties on that because when I have searched for the websites that I have needed, it sometimes might not come out what I want, so I have to try many times to figure out what I want. I have tried many times and went to many links to find out what I need. I also have problems and the sources table because I don’t know what to type out what the Boolean connectors I want, so I have to use many words. Those are the two problems I am having trouble on. Anything else, I am fine with.
If I was to do my AIS Newspaper once over again, then I would do it a different style. I would not just write words just like before. This time, I would have more advertisement on my newspaper. For example; put coupons, advertise what I am writing on, where they are sold and if I was to write about sports then I would write the scores and advertise how to get free tickets. I would not do it this way because I think that it is not enough because it doesn’t have any advertisement and it does not have anything that makes the reader want to read more into my Newspaper.
After writing my AIS Newspaper, I felt happy for what I have done because I think that what I have produce looks beautiful, but I kind of felt disappointed for some parts that I have done poorly; some of the sentences in my columns were cutted off and the sentence was wrong because of the cutted words. I haven’t put enough effort into my decoration part because my newspaper doesn’t look interesting to read and there is not enough advertisement.
For all the time I have done the AIS Newspaper, it was exhauted, but it was really fun. If I was to choose my favorite ICT project so far, I would choose the AIS Newspaper.

GRADING MYSELF

I think for my essay before, I would have to give myself a 2 because in my essay I have use everyday words and I have repeated my words in a paragraph too many times. I don't deserve a 3 because my word choices are not very well chosen and in some paragraph. I don't deserve a 1 because I don't use words in the wrong places. I think that all my spelling chacks and are all gramaticly correct because I have checked it on microsoft word 2003.I kind of deserve a 1/3 of a 1 because I have used the same words all over and over again but I do not repeat the same sentence and the same theme all over and over again.

CULTURAL DIVERSITY

• Diversity is being different. The word ‘Diversity’ can have many different meanings. As you think that ‘diversity’ means different, such as having unlike stuff, but it can also mean having different religions, culture and way of living. Diversity is not a negative word because with diversity, you can understand ways of living and the culture of many people around the world. People around the world learn not just school but they also learn because of Diversity. They travel around different places to learn the livings of people, ways of their livings and religions.
• .I think that people should respect diversity because when people respect other culture or other people they would have peace. But when people do not respect each other then there will be wars because when people don’t respect other cultures, ways of livings and how they act then that means that it is called a hate. When someone hates another person they try to make that person feel really hurt and mad then they feel happy. People do that by war.
* When people respect diversity, people will get a chance to understand and learn more about how many people around the world have to live the same ruetine everyday. Respecting diversity is not a bad thing to do, it is condsider a positive theme. To me I think that respecting diversity is a good and positive thing because you get to make friends around the world while you travel to learn more about daily livings of different cultures.
* Conclusion= People should respect diversity because they will have peace. When people don’t respect each other, they will hate each other then start war.

HOMEWORK

Today, only one foreign company – the China National Petroleum Corporation – is present in one phase of the field, which lies beneath the waters of the Gulf. Iran’s state-owned and quasi-private companies have taken over all other projects and they struggle with a shortage of investment and equipment.

Under scorching sun and in high humidity near the town of Assaluyeh, Iranian workers are busy building pipe racks and doing electrical and mechanical tasks on onshore facilities.

But their numbers are relatively small. The state-owned Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC) puts the number of workers at 16,000, compared with as many as 100,000 in previous years. But the company insists that any comparison with the past is irrelevant.

oN THE VIDEO THAT I GOT ON THIS WEBSITE IS DIFFERENT FROM THE NEWSPAPER BECAUSE THERE IS A VIDEO THAT I CAN WATCH AND ON THE NEWSPAPER THERE IS NO NEWSPAPER VIDEO, AND ON THE INTERNET IS BETTER BECAUSE IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING YOU CAN SEARCH AT OTER LINKS AND ON A NEWSPAPER YOU CANT DO THAT

i THINK THAT THIS WEBSITE IS RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY BECAUSE THERE IS RELIABLE NEWS ON HERE. tHERE ARE FACTS AND THIS WEBSITE IS .ORG
tHIS WEBSITE IS ALSO RELIABLE BECAUSE IT WAS WRITTEN BY THE GOVERNMENT.

Results from Survey

The three trends that is the most popular is.....
1. People chose basketball as their favorite team
2. The people's most favorite national team is "Vietnam"
3. On the scale, people chose 5 as how much they like that sport.

After all of the results that I have, I think that I will do about soccer because I don't know anything about basket ball. For my report, I will do about the life of "Christiano Ronaldo".

Homework_ Jan 13 2011

Q- Can you write down 3 trends you have found in the results.
A-
The first trend that I found from my results is that everyone that answers my questionaire answered that their favorite sport is basketball. There are 8 people who answered my questionairre and 6 people chose basketball as their favorite sport.
The second trend is that many people chose that number 5 on the scale to be their loving on the sport that they have chose. On my survey, I have a scale from 1-5 that tells how much that person like the sport that they have chosen. As a result, many people have chosen 5 as their answer. Out of 8 people, I got 6 people with an answer of 5.
The third trend is about the national teams that people have chosen. On my survey, I have a question for which national teams that people chose, and most people chose "Vietnam" as their favorite national team. Out of 8 people 3 people chose Vietnam as their favorite national team.

Q- What is your newspaper report going to be about?
A-
After the results that I got on my questionaire, my newspaper is going to be about basketball. On my questionaire, people's favorite sport is about basketball and they tell why they enjoy. But I don't really like to do basketball that much so I think that I will have a 50-50 % between soccer and basketball. I would choose soccer because soccer is the sport that I know much about, but basketball, I am not really sure that I know much about it.
